The Conference offers the perfect occasion to learn more about the southern corner of Sicily, its agricultural production and typical food, its cultural and artistic heritage and to take advantage of what we call the IBLA CAMPUS. The lovely IBLA CAMPUS consists of mainly suggested hotels and BeB’s in  Ragusa Ibla, the historical core of Ragusa as well as utilizing various accommodations in downtown Ragusa and near the sea.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Accommodation of varied categories have been reserved; you are invite to make your own selection.

Prices are valid until June 15, 2008. After that date Deaevents is no longer able to guarantee the same price nor availability of the rooms  or services.

Once you have made your choice, follow the Steps in completion your Accommodation Reservations:

2. Complete the Hotel Form given here

3. Send the completed form to Deaevents using email deaevents@libero.it or fax 0039 0932 835070  and to the Accommodation chosen
4. After completing these steps, you will receive a confirmation and request from the hotel to confirm information given as well as decide payment method
5. Once you receive confirmation from the hotel your reservation is completed.

The confirmation of your reservation must be given to the reception upon your arrival at the hotel for the Conference.

Method of payment 
You will pay at the checkout by credit card. 

Other payment options:
To maintain your reservation, you can choose to make payment for the 1st night using bank transfer,  when you receive acceptance of your reservation and no later than May 30, 2008.This deposit cannot be refunded.
